LECTURE ON ZOOM PLATFORM
04/05/2020 AT 17.00

Theo Prodromidis has prepared a two-day program consisting of a public lecture and a workshop just for the students of WHW Akademija on the following day. He took his personal history of art practice´scollaborative schemes and working relationships as a starting point and took a reflexive look at it through the challenges of aesthetic production of the last 10 years of crisis (for and from Athens), culminating this year with the situation related to Covid-19. This will result in introducing the group to a series of grounding fields relating to notions and practices of solidarity, pedagogy and citizenship. By navigating through our own biographies, we will examine the ways to relate and cohabit with the ones around us, in proximity or distance.

Public lecture Towards a collective practice of interpersonal care (done and to be done) in online format will explore the notion of care and how we respond to noticing, participating, sharing, active listening, companioning, complimenting, comforting, hoping, forgiving, and accepting and how to find forms to share this with the rest of the group.
