Feldenkrais lesson with Yael Davids will be a practical session with the participants taking part in the class. The Feldenkrais Method looks at the structure that holds us – the skeleton, and the correlations between each of its parts, emphasising their interdependence. The core Feldenkrais premise is to enable maximum support with minimal struggle – becoming aware of one's micro-movements – and seeking alternative movements when faced with strain. The summer school program includes Fendelkrais sessions, interventions, seminars and workshops with Adelita Husni-Bey Yael Davids, Pablo Martínez and Marina Naprushkina. Through a series of bodily and somatic collaborative exercises, seminars, presentations, discussions, workshops, and collective actions, the WHW Akademija summer school initiates an intense exchange between the participants, the professorial team, and the local setting.

Through seminars and workshops, the program rethinks and redevelops the structures that hold us—our bodies, communities, and the environment.
